Peel Regional Police revealed Monday that an airline captain flew hundreds of flights without the necessary pilot licence.
The disclosure came as part of a fraud investigation dubbed Project Icarus. Police have not yet identified the airline involved or detailed how the unlicensed operation was discovered.
