Linden Pizza, which opened on Beechwood Avenue in April 2025, is making some of Ottawa's thinnest and tastiest pizza crusts. They're just a few millimetres thick but sturdy enough to eat by hand without flopping.
Chef Mackenzie Combes's toppings are bold and well-balanced. The "Gorgeous Gorg" combines gorgonzola cheese, poached pear, mozzarella, fior di latte, rosemary, and prosciutto into a flavour bomb. The namesake "Linden" pizza layers fennel sausage, gruyère, roasted leeks, and garlic confit. The Valentina, their take on the trendy hot-honey pepperoni pizza, is also a winner.
At 119 Beechwood Ave., Linden represents a new chapter for what's becoming one of the city's more reliable pizza destinations. This is the kind of spot where the craft in the crust matters as much as what goes on top.
