Flair Airlines pilots and company management have reached a tentative three-year contract agreement after 10 months of negotiations, the Air Line Pilots Association announced Wednesday.

The agreement reflects progress on improved compensation, pathways for career progression, scheduling rules, and quality-of-life provisions. Over the coming weeks, the union says the agreement will be reviewed by the roughly 270 Flair Airlines pilots before a ratification vote is held.

Aimee Wintle, a first officer at Flair Airlines, said the agreement marks an important step for pilots and brings added stability and professionalism to the airline. The 270 pilots operate scheduled passenger flights throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.
