Ontario residents eligible for the Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) will see a payment deposit Wednesday, June 10.

The monthly tax-free benefit combines the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit, the Northern Ontario Energy Credit, and the Ontario Sales Tax Credit. For the 2025 benefit year, a person aged 18 to 64 could receive a maximum of $1,283 for the energy and property tax portion; those 65 and older, $1,461. The Northern Ontario Energy Credit provides up to $185 for single individuals and $285 for families. The Ontario Sales Tax Credit offers up to $371, with additional payments possible for spouses, partners, and dependent children under 19.

You must be eligible for at least one of the three components to receive the benefit. Future payments are scheduled for July 10, August 10, September 10, October 9, November 10, and December 10.

If you don't receive your payment by June 20, wait 10 working days before contacting the Canada Revenue Agency. Separately, the Canada Disability Benefit arrives June 18, while Canada Child Benefit and Ontario Child Benefit payments land June 19.
