Man shot in North York, second shooting in 24 hours

A man in his 40s was found suffering from a gunshot wound in North York late Friday evening near Sheppard Avenue West and Magellan Drive. Police received the report at approximately 10:15 p.m. and transported the victim to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say the suspects fled the scene in a dark-coloured vehicle. An investigation is ongoing.
