East-end shooting leaves man with non-life-threatening injuries

Toronto police are investigating a shooting in the Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood near Walpole Avenue. Emergency crews were called just after 9 p.m. Friday for reports of gunshots and found a man in his 30s suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police say an investigation is ongoing.
